Advocacy and public policy analysis
Support the government and stakeholders to undertake public policy analysis, which is a technique used in public administration to enable civil servants, activists, and other stakeholders to examine and evaluate the available options. Through advocacy, we enhance the capacity to lobby and champion policies that are responsive to their respective needs.
Organizational and Institutional Capacity Building
We seek to enhance the capacity of government, NGOs, and grassroots organizations to perform their mandate. We engage in capacity assessment processes to identify needs, build capacities through capacity improvement plans and monitor progress. We focus on the 6 organizational development domains that include leadership and governance (including planning and budgeting), financial systems, human resource management, service delivery, information systems, and infrastructures. These domains are adapted based on the client’s needs.
Curriculum and Training content development
We adopt result-oriented, innovative, and people-centered approaches while developing training modules and curriculums. We engage our clients and their targeted beneficiaries to understand their training needs and tailor-make curriculums that respond to the needs and empower the teams to deliver mandates
Child Protection and Gender
We work to assist organizations to help mainstream gender, special and marginalized groups protection. This is through strengthening the capacity of individuals, government departments, and civil society organizations to contribute to and lead humanitarian responses that are conscious of gender. We provide advice, support, and training to different sectors in governmental, nongovernmental, and grassroots organizations to strengthen child safeguarding and child protection.
